Repeat Prescriptions

You may request repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

  • Request via your pharmacy.
  • In person, your written prescription can be dropped off at the reception desk.
  • Via our secure online system (systmonline) on the link at the top of this page.
  • In writing (enclosing a SAE if you would like it posted back to you). Please tick all items required on the computer slip attached to your last prescription.

Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS VIA TELEPHONE OR EMAIL.

Please allow 3 working days for completion of medication requests. Prescriptions are processed on working days only. If you have stopped taking a repeat medication let the GP practice know to avoid waste and unneeded prescriptions and check what medications you have at home before reordering.
